The Wood Dust Machine is a robust, high-performance machine designed to reduce bulky wood and agricultural residues into uniform, manageable chips/Powder. It is suitable for biomass-processing plants, forestry operations, sawmills, agricultural facilities, paper mills, and renewable-energy projects requiring consistent feedstock preparation.

The machine can process green or dry wood, branches, logs, slabs, wood offcuts, crop stalks, and selected agricultural residues. By converting irregular raw materials into evenly sized chips/Powder, it improves material handling, drying efficiency, storage, transportation, and the performance of downstream equipment.

Processed biomass chips/powder can be used as fuel or supplied to Briquetting machines, Pellet plants, Dryers, Hammer mills, Boilers, and other biomass-processing systems.

Working Principle

Raw material is placed on the feeding conveyor and continuously transferred towards the machine's inlet. A heavy-duty roller feeding system grips and compresses the material while maintaining a controlled and uniform feed rate.

The material then enters the cutting chamber, where a rotating drum fitted with durable cutting knives or carbide cutting tools reduces it into chips. The combination of drum speed, feeding rate, knife configuration, and screen or discharge arrangement determines the approximate size and consistency of the finished material.
